Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags and original packaging.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, and placed inside a protective box upon return.
- When trying on footwear, avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- If an item has a brand tag, it must be returned with the tag in place.
- Beauty products and cosmetics must be returned unused, with their seals intact.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned with their hygiene seals intact and in undamaged packaging, where applicable.
- Underwear and swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear. We do not accept returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- Due to the nature of face masks, we do not accept returns unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, with all packaging and brand documents.
- Custom-made items are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Returns and refunds are not allowed for all products of the promotional bazaar.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Refunds apply to all orders.
How to Return
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, our return instructions are paperless. This benefits our customers, our people, and most importantly, our planet.
When returning your items, please include any accessories, boxes, or brand pouches that came with your order in the reusable CARROT CONCEPT STORE packaging. If something is damaged or missing from the return, you may not receive a full refund.
What you need to do:
- Email us informing that you wish to return the item you purchased.
- Send the package back to us.
Please note that:
- The return package must contain:
- The return product (including all accessories, boxes, or pouches that came with your order).
- Your receipt.
- The packaging must be sturdy to avoid any damage during transport.
Refund Policy
The customer will be responsible for the return cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders with free shipping, the customer will be responsible for both shipping and return costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount. If the order is returned from outside the EU, you will also be charged any other fees, duties, and taxes imposed by customs authorities.
Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Defective Items
If you receive an item in a defective or damaged condition, or if it does not match the description on our website, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and process a full refund for the defective item.
